Llys Derwen Caravan & Campsite is a peaceful, family-run campsite in Llanrug, perfectly placed between Caernarfon and Llanberis in the heart of North Wales.

We are an ideal base for exploring Snowdon, Eryri / Snowdonia, Caernarfon Castle, Padarn Lake, Anglesey and the surrounding coast.

We offer well-kept grass pitches for tents, campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans, with electric hook-up options available. The site is clean, quiet and carefully maintained, with modern toilet and shower facilities, washing-up areas, drinking water points, Wi-Fi, recycling facilities and a small on-site shop for camping essentials.

Llys Derwen is also a dog-friendly campsite near Snowdon, with a secure dog field and plenty of great walks nearby. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend break, a family holiday, a walking trip or a relaxing stay in North Wales, you’ll find our prices and pitch options clearly listed below.
